Omar Phillips is the owner of Form and Fade, a Black-owned, queer-friendly hair studio in Athens, Georgia. A master barber and stylist, Omar works with men, women, and children across all hair types and textures.

His work spans precision haircuts, modern fades, classic cuts, beard grooming, creative styles, and personalized hair care. He pairs timeless techniques with a fresh eye for what’s next, creating looks that reflect each client’s personality.
